I'm a cyclist and a runner, so I'm no stranger to aches and pains. I recently had some lower / mid back pain, probably due to overuse, and decided to book an appointment. I saw Brittany at the South Congress location for a 60 minute sports massage. The massage was great - and the next day my back pain was completely gone. Brittany also showed me some stretches to do to help my quads, which basically ache all the time. Great experience - will be returning for sure.
