If you want to better understand how they manage their properties, just read reviews for individual properties. After having a poor experience at one (Tremont @ State College was open just long enough to take $900 from me but could not stay open to hand me the keys as promised, effectively leaving me homeless for a night) , I've looked up their other properties, and noticed there is an overwhelming poor opinion all down the east coast, from here in PA down to Alabama all the way through Florida, it is clear that customers of these properties are not treated right or fairly.
