Beware when giving your card info with this place. I went for what was supposed to be a "Free 30 day training" and by the end of the first "FREE day" was already being asked to put money down and put my card on file and sign papers. I made sure to ask questions and was told if I was unhappy with the services I could cancel within the 30 days and not be charged. I went a few days later for the second time and was made to feel bad for having to stop to use my rescue inhaler and nebulizer. I decided I did not want to return after that and made it very clear. Once again it was within the 30 days. I never returned after that. I then wake up to a charge of $125 and another $25 late fee 3 weeks later. I called left a voicemail that was never returned, and sent numerous emails. I was basically given the run around. I went through my bank after not receiving any help from Aces and was told I could dispute it but to try again and bring proof that I tried. So again I did. I was told all different things every person I spoke with. Then another month came around and once again I was charged another $125! After I had already spoke to someone and she guaranteed my card info had been removed from the system while I wait for a call back and would not be charged yet that was a lie. I messaged through facebook one of the trainers and the official Facebook page asking what I need to do because I've already been charged atleast $375 in services I am not using. They told me I was in their que and would receive a call first thing Monday morning. Instead I received an email basically stating that I needed to pay another $300 for a cancellation fee and send in a reason why I want to quit through email (which not once did any of the others I spoke to over the past few months told me) I was really hoping this would've been taken care of more appropriately but I was denied a refund and am being told I still owe them. Basically all they can do is help me set up a payment plan to pay the cancellation fee which is ridiculous! I am unsure if I was proceed through small claims court or just continue making everybody aware of what I have gone through. I know the gym and trainers are probably pretty decent but as far as billing and customer service, BEWARE.
