If I could rate a rental car place less than zero stars I would ecstatic as this is the absolute worst rental car place that I have ever dealt with. Not only did we wait 2 hours for a rental car, which we reserved ahead of time, I left my sunglasses on the center console. When I called them 6 hours later, they have an indirect customer support/service line which responds promptly within 24 hours (sarcasm). I had to file two separate customer support tickets and they still didn't call me back. I ended up showing up to the rental place, in which they had told me that my glasses, which were in plain sight, we're not in their lost and found. This company steals and should have their business license revoked. Word to the wise, pay a little extra and go with a reputable company.
