I had contacted Terry Bogner about our old copier to see if he could help us set it up to print / scan. Found out that we could not get the driver. I kept his information and not long after that phone call we got the go ahead to get a new one. I am so glad I kept his information. I contacted him via email and he was so quick to respond. All I did was tell him what I needed the copier to do and I received three quotes within the same day. The process was so easy and flawless. Terry is awesome! So was the rest of his staff. Rick Buckner who came to set it up was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with our staff to make sure we knew exactly how to work our new copier. I highly recommend Austin Technology Group!
