    New to kickboxing and usually pretty weary of group classes. This place is awesome and I feel so comfortable going to learn the sport. The instructor knows his stuff and makes every practice fun and different from the last. It's a killer work out you'll feel the next day. I am loving it!

    This place rocks!!! Steve is a fantastic trainer who both pushes you to try harder and teaches you how to do it right. He's super patient even if he has to show you the same thing several times. The kickboxing class is for certain a ridiculous workout, plus I feel like I'm truly learning how to do some damage. Thanks Steve!
