BBVA Compass at 10711 Burnet Road, Austin, Texas.

Came in on a saturday and was told we'd be helped shortly.. we were moving money from one bank to another.. ufcu was packed and we still finished there within 20 minutes.. we arrived at bbva with only one person ahead of us and were told either two guys would help us.. one disappeared shortly and we ended up waiting an hour to be helped...there was next to no traffic in and out, but apparently the few people who came were too much business.. I heard them tell another person after us theyd be helped within 10 min and he probably has another hour to wait.. we ended up having to leave because of existing appointments.. if their cd rate wasnt decent we would go anywhere else..
