As a new customer at Bonobos, I was a bit nervous for my style appointment with Sabrina Solonga. She quickly put me at ease and zeroed in on my style questions and concerns. Throughout the hour long appointment she was very professional, helpful and a good listener. Sabrina's customer care with future orders and questions has always been topnotch. Bonobos is a bit above my normal price point but I keep coming back due to the excellent support I get from Sabrina and the quality of the Bonobos product.
