Brian Charles Hair Studios has cancelled two consecutive hair appointments (one cut, one color) long after it was set. This is an ongoing communication from February 5 to March 5, and it is supremely disappointing. Photos of our text exchanges are posted.

For some reason this salon's booking person cannot keep track of training stylists and they leave -- and those of us counting on updating our hair waiting for weeks are left in the lurch. Technically they do not owe anyone anything, but it does leave ill will. After they break the agreement, there is no offer or incentive of replacement to maintain good relations. They explicitly do want THEIR time to be respected however.
