Countryside Nursery and Landscape at 13292 Pond Springs Road #A, Austin, Texas.

Do yourself a favor and go to the other nursery on pond springs instead. I would not recommend this place to anyone. First, there were only 3 customers there, and I saw 3 staff, yet no one asked if I needed help finding anything. The only person I saw on the floor was flirting with another customer and completely ignoring me. I was looking for winter veggies and herbs and the selection was pretty limited. I waited a long time in line to check out and then they wrung up my order wrong, and again I had to wait a long time for them to fix thier error all the while getting bit by mosquitoes inside thier store. Here's a customer service tip for y'all: If a customer complains, apologize and address thier complaint. Defending yourself only makes the situation worse.

This review is a mixed review. 1.) This place just underwent new ownership and they are really trying to get things right (2 stars). 2.) Things are still getting worked out. (3 stars) 3.) Derek Seymour is by far the best employee at this nursery. He is (truly) the only reason why I continue to be a customer at this nursery (5 stars). Derek is the guy that hustles to get the job done right the first time and his only concern is that the customer is treated well. If he were to change nurseries, my business would go with him.
