I am only giving this Cricket two stars because they have decent cell phone but poor customer service. The stores are always understaffed, they never answer the phone when you call so the only way get your questioned answered is by actually walking into the store. I don't really blame the staff because I am sure their underpaid and over worked. Cricket also does NOT honor the 1 week return policy on phones or cases. Whatever you buy is what your stuck with. I tried exchanging my phone within the 1st week and because they STILL didn't have the phone I originally wanted in stock, they made no offer to order the phone or call another store. The sales person was just like..it is what it is.
