I had my first appointment yesterday for a Brazilian wax. the front desk attendant greeted me even though she was working with another person. I checked in easily enough and sat down to wait. I waited maybe 2 minutes and Laura escorted me to the room for the wax. She explained the difference between hard and soft waxes. She also kept the conversation going to help relieve any anxiety I had. She instructed me when to breathe to help with comfort during the wax removal. She did offer two products but wasn't pushy. She appeared to believe they are beneficial. I left the room with my Brazilian and pleasant experience. Check-out was a breeze, I was offered a wax plan but wasn't pushed when I declined. All in all good customer service all around.
