Terrbile experience from beginning to end. Could never reach them by phone so finally had someone drop me off. Got the car and used it for 3 days (but per the Hertz contract 4 days). It was covered by insurance. I dropped the car off at the Body Shop before noon and they called Hertz to come pick it up. The locations are about 1 mile apart. Then I got the summary from my insurance company and Hertz overcharged by 5 days and then today I got a ridiculous charge for gas even though the car was filled up. Small amounts in the big scheme of things but $156.32 of overcharges on a 3 or 4 day rental is pretty awful. Reporting this to my insurance company who already got the overcharges for use reversed. Draw your own conclusions but I won't use this location ever again and question Hertz training if their locations try to overcharge their customers.
