I was having trouble with my transmission and brought it to Musick Family Motors to be fixed we agreed on the price of $1600 they told me they would take it apart, replace all the internal parts and reassemble it they called me upon completion and i paid the agreed $1600 and it was just fine for the first 1000 miles i drove it I drove to Phoenix AZ as i have a new job and place of residence here As soon as i got here i was having the same issue with the truck and gave them a call to see what it could be I have since (4 days after getting it "fixed" by Musick) had to take it to another shop and was given an estimate of $1500 for reparations that were not made to the transmission by Musick I had them take pictures of my transmission and of parts for which Musick charged me and never replaced. over the course of the past several days, once Mike was aware that i was having trouble with my truck again he was very elusive and I had a very difficult time getting in touch with him when i finally did get through to him he was EXTREMELY rude and condescending and treated me Very poorly I asked for a refund of my money
