Got our play set a month ago and I've been waiting for the "new" to wear off and the kids to be bored again. Surprisingly enough, they aren't! Mind you these are the same kids I'd fight with day in and out about not playing on their electronics as much and doing their home work. Now when they get home they are in a hurry to finish their home work without being reminded and stay outside on their Monster castle all afternoon/evening long. As far as the process: Excellent presentation, customer service, and our installation went smoothly. Laura helped us and made sure that we were able to find something that was in our allotted budget and we cannot be more pleased. I would highly recommend. Thanks again!
