I moved here from out of state and thanks to Karis and the team the process was super seamless! I was slightly concerned because of some of the negative reviews but once I got here everything exceeded my expectations. The gym and pool are finished now and there doesn't seem to be anymore construction going on nearby. I don't notice outside noises at all including parking garage noise or neighbors. I occasionally hear hallway traffic but I feel that it's just part of living in an apartment. It might help that I don't live on the bottom floor and that I use an air filter to muffle out sounds. Definitely happy that I decided to live here!

**Edit: We've lived here for four months and still have no complaints. Anything that has needed maintenance was taken care of literally the next day. I've also seen some bad reviews about a bug problem, but I honestly haven't seen a single bug. Would absolutely recommend for our friends to live here.

Karis, Arielle and the rest of the team in the leasing office are great! I've lived here for over 2 years and love it. If you're a hot girl and looking for a place to live, I highly recommend it. Building 2.
