Sandalwood Management Inc at 500 North Capital of Texas Highway, Austin, Texas.

I live in sandalwood management apartments in Austin, TX. We have lived here going on a year. Thank God my lease is coming up so we can finally move. My house has flooded from a broken pipe.. They fixed it but I still have the hole in the wall that was never patched. Now my floor in the living room to the kitchen is warping. The floor trimming is warping. My bathroom shower has a cracks by the drainage. My upstairs bathroom floor is warpped you step in the bathroom and your foot sinks in you feel like you're going to fall through the floor and the toilet seat moves. The AC doesn't work. The AC looks older than me. Roach invested. I can go on and on. They haven't responded to my email detailing my list of problems that need to be fixed. I know my neighbors have the same problems from what they tell me. I hope we get out of here. I hope the next person who lives here doesn't go through the same problems. My advice is don't live here because they paint a pretty picture of living here but once you're here it's hell on earth.. I pray that the people who owns these never have to live in a place like this.. Good luck. God bless..
