Sunrise Bluffs at 1704 Nelms Drive, Austin, Texas.

These folks are NOT lying when they speak about this complex. This is the absolute worst place I've lived here in Austin. Water is ALWAYS being worked on, AC leaks and they take weeks to fix it, mold consistently grows in the bathrooms, gates are always broken, in the middle of a very hot summer COA likes to turn off YES turn off your thermostat, parking is horrible, office staff is always changing, they never answer emails or most of the time they don't even answer the phone. Office closes earlier than is posted on the door "sometimes" and they still haven't fixed the lighting at my building after my vehicle was broken into. Didn't even get a sorry or nothing when I told them about the incident. Yeah I'm blessed to say I have a roof over my head but come on......you want to live comfortably right?
