Last night I waited 30 min to be seen although I had an appointment then over an hour as we tried to connect to the Fraud dept because my lines were suspended due to someone cracking into my account. The problem is that one waits indefinitely without knowing how long the wait time is and the Corporate store can’t handle this process. In addition, the store reps don’t know the process either. I was told basically that I can go home and get this done over the phone which wasn’t true so now I have to go back and do this all over. Another point, I was given misinformation that the dept closes at 8 pm. I found out it doesn’t, it closes at 9 pm. What a frustrating experience. My contract is almost over so I will be looking for a new carrier for all my family peeps!
