    Asked them to pack and ship a printer. Printer was broken upon arrival. The employee claimed I told her to ship a printer in an empty (unpacked) box. Which I did not, as I am not an idiot. Now they will not respond to UPS claims that I initiated to recover my costs ($300). The Employee is rude, she interrupts, she talks back and is ignoring my requests. Worst service Ive ever had, worse than the Post Office.

    If you are the Owner please contact me. Ask your staff, they have my number. but They will probably give you the wrong one on purpose.
