The UPS Store at 7301 Ranch Road 620 North Ste 155, Austin, Texas.

I’ve been to this particular location a total of four times, with prepaid shipping labels, and have never seen an actual employee. Each time, I walk in, hear a voice from the back yell, “if that’s for drop off, leave it on the counter”. I do as asked and leave, but have to wait for days for the package to be registered in the system and begin tracking.

This last time was the literally...the last time. I did the usual, “leave it on the counter” and left the store. However, a week later and no status on my package. I call the store and get asked by the clerk if I was sure I even dropped it off. I get told they will look for it and call me back and no call. I call them back and get a rude attitude and told that they are busy and they don’t know what to tell me, but the package isn’t there.

So, after being completely out since UPS lost my package...I’m done with this location. I switched here after the Lakeway location delivered an empty box to me, when someone stole the contents while en route to their store. Guess I’ll switch to Fed Ex.
