Whisler's at 1816 East 6th Street, Austin, Texas.

This bar honestly had everything you could want. As for what's probably most important, the cocktails were well balanced. I tried one called Tiger Tears. Had a spicy bite to it at first but ends with an interesting veggie like taste. The old fashioned was on the sweeter side. Had all the right notes in it. Can't speak much to the food truck they had on premises but I've heard good things if you come hungry.

The ambiance was great as well. On the inside they had a live bang playing. When that got a bit loud there was a large, covered outdoor patio area to hang out in. Picnic table vibe with space for the whole group. And a TV in the corner showing the NFL game that was on. A little something for everyone. I have no complaints about this place. Definitely somewhere to frequent in the area.
