Concentra Urgent Care at 4301 West William Cannon Drive #320, Austin, Texas.

I came in for a pre- employment physical, drug screen and TB test. The front desk told me they never received the orders so I had to call the employer and ask them to resend. They were incorrect & already had the orders but it took them 15 minutes to locate them in a stack of unfiled orders. I waited 90 minutes to be seen and the clinic was not busy. The Dr was great and the physical was simple to complete. The TB test was read the next day, however the front desk could not locate my file for 20 minutes. Once my physical & TB test was complete the clinic never sent the results to my potential employer. The employer had to call to request them a week later. I do not recommend this clinic as the front desk staff though nice proved disorganized and incompetent at multiple points.
